She loves her kitties!
Anna graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Human Services and a concentration in Case Management. While in school, Anna chose two internships she thought would challenge her most. She interned with the YWCA in the Cobb County Temporary Protective Order Office helping victims of abuse and those in need of protection as well as a hospice company in Atlanta. Many of the patients Anna worked with in hospice had dementia or cognitive difficulties. She found a passion for working with those in need of care, alongside their families. Her compassion and desire to work with those in need lead her to gladly become a caregiver at Comforting Arms. Anna transitioned into an administrative role as the company expanded and has enjoyed further interacting with clients, families and caregivers to ensure the best care possible.
Anna was born in Decatur but moved often as a child, attending 8 different schools throughout Connecticut, Florida and Georgia. The change in environments and groups of people allowed for Anna to adapt and thrive in any situation she has been involved in. She is married to her high school sweetheart and the oldest of 6 children in a blended family. She enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
